Meet the team

Travis Dexter - Owner

Travis Dexter is a veteran of the home services industry, managing hundreds of installers across the country before starting Ridgeline Floors in his hometown of Roswell. Travis learned from the top home improvement companies across the country and strives to become the most trusted home services company in North Metro Atlanta. His wife and two sons spend most of their time riding bikes and visiting local parks, or any other activity to get the family outside. Travis also continues his lifelong love of soccer, playing in adult leagues in Roswell and Marietta.

Richard Dexter - Community Relations Manager

Richard has spent most of professional life within the energy industry. He took a break from corporate life and became a pivotal piece in helping grow Ridgeline Floors during their early years. He stays involved in the family business by organizing the businesses charitable efforts. Richard, his wife and their three kids reside in the Roswell area. An avid outdoorsman, you will often find him camping even when temperatures dip below freezing!

Brett Dexter - Project Manager

Brett is in the field daily assisting customers through sales and service. Like Richard and Travis (brothers), he grew up in the Roswell area and enjoys working within his community. Brett currently resides in Holly Springs with wife and three sons. You can usually find him on a baseball field with one of his sons when he's not working. It's hard to mistake where Brett is from after meeting him, he has an eye-catching, Atlanta themed tattoo that starts conversations everywhere he goes.

Jason Moore - Project Manager

Jason likes living in the details, which makes him one of the best around at managing projects. Jason grew up in the service industry and believes that Ridgeline fills a need by offering great work but also a great experience. He and his family currently reside in the Cumming area, you can catch him riding his bike on the weekends.

Ansley Bodor - In Store Promoter/Social Media

Ansley does a little bit of everything, lead generation, shows and events, answering the phone and anything to do with marketing. Offering the best customer service to our clients, Ansley helps sell our services and promote our services. She lives in Kennesaw with her family and five dogs, spending most of her time with friends and family when not working.
