Our 3 Point Promise

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. If a customer has purchased a Select or Premium Grade carpet, luxury vinyl plank or laminate, the customer will qualify for the limited lifetime installation guarantee, 3 Point Promise. For hard surface we will leave

   three full planks behind after the project is complete. Planks need to be stored in a climate-controlled space and protected so planks cannot be damaged. If the leftover planks cannot be used the guarantee is void. Ridgeline Floors will come replace up to three planks if damaged, for the original purchaser of the floor. The guarantee is transferable to a new homeowner. The purchaser of the home has 60 days to contact Ridgeline Floors LLC and fill out the necessary documentation to complete the warranty transfer. Our 3 Point Promise lifetime guarantee does not cover damage from heavy furniture such as grand pianos or pool tables. This includes anything fixed to or sitting on top of the floor that could prevent the floor from expanding and contracting. It also does not cover damage from fixated objects such as cabinetry or built in closet systems. Our 3 Point Promise lifetime guarantee does not cover damage from rolling casters on chairs or any other piece of furniture that has wheels attached. We are not responsible for covering damage from floods or fire, the customer’s insurance company can be contacted in those scenarios. For carpet installations we will stretch one time at no charge to the customer, any additional trip will cost a minimum of $299.00. For carpet accidental damage or stains we will replace a 1 foot by 1 foot area (one area only) at no charge. This does not apply on stairs, in doorways or any other place that results in a complex repair. All warranties and repairs are subject to approval by Ridgeline Floors LLC. Additional items not covered in lifetime guarantee are carpet seams, uneven subfloors, moisture related issues and wear and tear. Labor warranties will not be honored if flooring manufacturer guidelines for maintenance and care are not followed by homeowner. 

2. As part of our 3 Point Promise any investment grade carpet, luxury viny, laminate will receive a 3-year guarantee. All inclusions and exclusions of

   the guarantee listed above in Note 8 apply here fully for 3 years. As part of our 3 Point Promise any builder’s grade carpet, luxury vinyl, laminate will receive a 1-year guarantee. All inclusions and exclusions of the guarantee listed above in Note 8 apply here fully for 1 year.
